What is the Smart Staffing Process™ ?
The Smart Staffing Process is our unique method of providing our clients with reliable, results-oriented staffing solutions. This process is used exclusively by our firm. It consists of three steps:
Discuss
1. Every worthwhile business relationship begins with a good discussion. Our approach to staffing is no different. We know that in order to deliver on our promise of placing dependable employees to complete our client job requirements; we must first understand the work. In this step, we create job orders with detailed job descriptions. We also gather critical information about the dynamics of the work environment such as dress code, company culture, and management style. Based on the task, we discuss the number of employees needed and schedule a facility tour. Finally, our discussion moves to client expectations, timing, and completing a service agreement.
Design
2. Finding dependable people to do the work does not happen by chance, it happens by design. How are we able to consistently identify the right people? We stick to our process. We approach our candidate pool and our recruiting network with the critical information we gathered in step one. We exhaust every contact until we identify a promising group of candidates. We interview them and put them through a battery of skills tests. We also check references and when it is necessary, we do a thorough background check on select candidates.
Deliver
3. A promise made is a promise kept. We take this expression very seriously. The promise we make is to deliver reliable, skilled employees to our clients and that is what we do. We back this promise with a guarantee. The confidence we place in our promise stems from our process; it requires open, ongoing communication. From new hire orientation, to first day on-the-job assurance, to weekly client and employee check-ins; we make sure our clients always have dependable employees to do the work.
